Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Lilah’s Closet partners with trusted third-party fulfillment suppliers located within the United States to ensure faster delivery times.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 anywhere within the United States.

For orders under $50, a flat Standard Shipping fee of $6 will be charged. 


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

United States: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.


Multiple Packages

Because we partner with multiple U.S.-based suppliers, items in your order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lilah’s Closet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at admin@lilahscloset.com so we can attempt to update the order before it ships.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at admin@lilahscloset.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with our shipping partners to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
