Where do your products ship from?

All products from Lilah’s Closet ship from United States warehouses through our trusted fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer faster shipping times within the U.S.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

After processing, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.

Will my items arrive in the same package?

Sometimes items may arrive in separate packages. Because we work with multiple U.S. suppliers, certain items may ship from different warehouses.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin.lilahsclosetshop@gmail.com.

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been fulfilled.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What if my package is lost?

If your tracking shows no updates or your package appears lost, please reach out to us at admin.lilahsclosetshop@gmail.com and we will assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.

What sizes do you offer?

Our pieces are sized for little ones from preemie and newborn all the way up to youth size 14/16, though the exact range depends on the style. Most of our bamboo pajamas, rompers, and bodysuits are offered in baby sizes (Preemie, Newborn, 0–3M, 3–6M, 6–12M, 12–18M, 18–24M) and toddler sizes (2T–5T). Our polos, dresses, and two-piece outfits often extend further into kids sizes (5/6, 7/8, 10/12, and 14/16). Accessories like socks come in Infant and Toddler. The exact sizes available are listed on each product page, so check there for the perfect fit for your little one.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our most popular items may be restocked, while others are limited seasonal styles.

If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it while it’s available!
